THE MALL PROJECT
A significant change has occurred in the traditional sales market with the Avm Project's entry into the Congo market. With its functional, practical, and quality-oriented policy understanding, it is an intermediary that serves to fill the gap between producers and consumers and affects changes in the supply chain and consumer behavior uniquely.
In the project, which is the result of a user-centered setup, flexible, interactive, and dynamic spaces are used to create well thought, minimalist, and above all functional spaces.
Being a part of the design setup turns into an incentive to keep the space alive and protect it as a result of feeling belonging. Inclusion, one of the powerful ways to ensure belonging, is the starting point of the design method. It is aimed to involve the user in the operation of the space by applying modular furniture and systems. While creating the borders, transparency was kept in the foreground, and the intervention of the spaces on each other was fictionalized.
In addition to the active role of the user in the space, the fact that the space allows for intervention also draws attention to its contribution to flexibility. Here, the concepts of keeping the space alive and flexible in use support sustainability.
In this concept, where sustainability is always considered, the concepts of functionality, quality, design, and value are brought together. Our goal is to meet the user on the same frequency by targeting the right demographic audience. As a result, a structure was created that is not only visually appealing but also designed to solve target market needs and desires. With its visually appealing decorations and excellent customer service, it provides an unforgettable experience to its visitors and creates space for them to experience more.
To connect with the interior, the corner-shaped glass structures are designed simply, not overshadowing the existing façade. With its eye-catching, box-like structure with a magnificent façade and modest interiors, flowing interiors have been created by breaking the spatial monotony with planar façade light. On the other hand, the active nature of the existing topography of the land contributes to the shaping of the building, while at the same time, it provides strong ties with city life by being associated with the city.
Considering the potential of the region, a building program including mixed functions was designed. In the design, which was prepared with a more public and focused approach to the vertical movement of visitors, the design of the building was created to appeal to one or more users.
The ground floor is reserved for decoration, the upper floors are designed for sanitary ware, lighting, home textiles, home furnishings, and office and garden furniture. Other floors are available to users as open office work areas and restaurant floors. The six-floor headquarters evoke a sense of interaction among users, while the design is home to transparency between an interconnected organization.
The design, which has more than 1000 users spread over six floors, comes to life with the intervention of the user to the space and the spaces to each other.
